Environmental Scoping Report
The Environmental Scoping Report has been prepared to aid a formal request, made under Regulation 10 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England & Wales) Regulations 1999, to agree the scope of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) required for the planning application for the proposed development of the Mercia EnviRecover facility (a purpose built energy from waste recovery facility) on land at Hartlebury Trading Estate in Worcestershire. It provides all the information necessary for the relevant planning authority (Worcestershire County Council) to adopt a scoping opinion.
